The director Magda Puig Torres suggests that we take a tour of the city, guided by the voice of someone who has lived on the streets. We stop at invisible spots, places with no history yet filled with a life which has never been recounted. The goal is to revisit, re-look, re-focus and reconstruct it. And between each stop, brief artistic interventions give glimpses of these invisible stories.

After premiering at the 2016 TNT Festival in Terrassa, Plácido Mo is a documentary urban-art device, a theatrical artefact set in the public space which sprang from the existence of a Twitter account held by the Arrels Foundation, @Placido_Mo, as part of the project ‘We all deserve an opportunity’. Even though it is a pseudonym, Plácido Moreno did actually exist. He died on 10 October 2010 at the age of 52. He had spent 10 of those years on the street. Till last June, every Monday at noon, his fellow Plácidos (as they call themselves) had meet and decide what message they went to air on the social media.

This project emphasises the social aspect of the Teatre Lliure's artistic programme, which was already apparent in previous pursuits, such as Sis personatges – Homenatge a Tomás Giner [Six characters - Homage to Tomás Giner], which established links such as the Arrels Foundation. This project works in the background to bring us closer to what we often do not want to see, and in school performances it is complemented by an urban intervention workshop.
