WEN WE ALL LIVE TO 150

Why do we want to be immortal? How does the passage of time affect families? How would family life change if we all lived to be 150 years old, or even older? With up to six generations living together and the possibility of huge age gaps between siblings, the traditional family model would change dramatically, and it might even become unsustainable because of the burden of so many members. This project explores the lives of future family structures in an age of longer lives by tracing the story of 82-year-old Moyra and her extended family based on contracts.

This is the first exhibition of the season in the Gràcia venue, this time with the work of an South Korean artist who explores the future from the human side. (add formats)
