The acquisition of a Teatre Lliure ticket, season ticket or invitation (hereinafter referred as ticket) involves acceptance of the following conditions:

The ticket complies with several security measures. However, the organization does not guarantee its authenticity if it has not been purchased in an official point of sale. Any ticket that show signs of having been altered, broken, forged or acquired illicitly authorizes the organization to prevent access to its wearer. In these cases, the organization declines all responsibility.
2.
Having a ticket in good condition is a necessary condition to gain access to the theatre. The ticket must be kept until leaving the premises.
3.
The organization reserves the right to modify, if the circumstances so require, the dates, times, programmes or performers announced, and also to cancel the show. Once purchased the ticket cannot be exchanged, nor its amount returned, unless the show has been cancelled, in which case the Organization is committed to refund the full amount. However, in the case of admit any ticket change for reasons not attributable to the Organization, it reserves the right to charge a fee for expenses of management of change.

Members of the audience will not be allowed access to the venue once the performance has started, unless by express authorisation by the organization.
5.
The organization reserves the right of admission. Ticket holders agree to comply with the requirements and safety conditions of the venue. The organization is not responsible for the misuse of facilities.
6.
Ticket holders agree to be respectful with the artists and staff, to turn off cell phones and any type of alarms before entering the venue, and not to bring any food or drinking nor smoke inside the venue. No animals, except guide dogs, are allowed in the venue.
7.
The organization reserves all rights to image and intellectual property of the show. Taking photographs (with or without flash) and recording during the show is strictly forbidden. It is also forbidden to bring into the theatre any object deemed to be dangerous by the organisation or forbidden by current legislation.
8.
To this end, ticket holders authorize the organization to conduct any inspections or searches, in accordance with the law, in order to verify compliance with the conditions of access.
9.
The organization shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, loss or damage caused to ticket holders or their personal belongings during their stay in the theatre.
10.
Any claim addressed to the organization regarding the performance, its modification or cancellation must be accompanied with the presentation of this ticket.
general conditions of passes
Pass tickets must be used during the 2011/2012 season. Maximum 2 tickets for each performance (except thePassi Lliure and Passi Lliure -25, 1 ticket per performance).
The Abonament de l’espectador 10 or 22 pass is valid for any performance included in the season's programme and includes the advantages of membership of the Teatre Lliure Audience Association (page 62).
The Passi Lliure and Passi Lliure-25 are valid for any performance included in the programme for the season, except for La costa de la utopia.
The tickets must be exchanged for seat tickets at the theatre box office or the Audience Service Centre.
Any booking change or cancellation could be done only till 48h. before the show.
The Teatre Lliure cannot guarantee seats for performances: advance booking is recommended.
