The FUNDACIÓ TEATRE LLIURE-TEATRE PÚBLIC DE BARCELONA was registered in the Registry of Private Foundations of the Government of Catalonia, under the order of the Council of Justice of 29/XII/1988 with number 409, and currently has its registered office in Barcelona, at Plaça Margarida Xirgu no. 1 (08004), its VAT number being G-58658931 (hereinafter referred to as "the TLL")
